- We can produce a formal RICS Red Book Valuation report, that provides comprehensive reasoning behind the value.
- We also provide help with placing offers and negotiations. If you would like a professional to ‘go into bat’ for you, we have extensive experience of negotiating and will make sure you pay the right price.
